Yesterday the correction of mistakes in Royal Decree 817/2015 of 11 September, the criteria for monitoring and evaluating the state of surface water and environmental quality standards established was published in the BOE
This regulation allows to have one clear criteria and appropriate water quality of those areas without consideration of bathing area, basically ports and nautical sports facilities.
